A Note from The Virtual Wall

Bravo Company, 2nd of the 16th Infantry, lost three men to enemy mortar fire on 05 Nov 1968: A fourth man, SP4 Michael C. Mannina of Bellmore, New York, previously wounded by mortar fire, died of his wounds on 10 November 1968. While The Virtual Wall cannot prove he was injured in the 05 November incident, it seems likely to have been so.
