27 Mar 2007 My wonderful, loving, caring Brother. Growing up we were always fighting like cats and dogs. You left us when I was only 15 years old. I did not fully realize the magnitude of this war. I never thought for a moment when you got on that plane you would never come back alive. I mourn for you every day of my life. It has taken me a long time to realize what it really meant for you to serve your country, and how you were truly honored to be a member of the 82nd Airborne. You made the supreme sacrifice for your country and your loved ones. You are the bravest person I know, and were more a man at the age of 19 than most of the men two and three times your age are now. 04 Apr 2007 Loving Son, No words can express the depth of our love for you. From the day you were born you were such a joy to us. Always a happy baby. Watching you grow up we realized what a precious gift God had bestowed upon us. When your Sister came into this world and was so very ill as a child, you were always kind to her and were a tremendous help. You two had your spats growing up as do most Brothers and Sisters, but you loved each other very deeply. Your loss has devastated all who knew you. You had a greatness about you. You were wise beyond your years. We took comfort in knowing the tremendous love you had for your fellow man and your Country. The pride you took in serving in the United States Army, especially the 82nd Airborne. That you died, doing what you wanted to do ... defending the country that you loved with your whole heart and soul. You made the ultimate sacrifice. We as your family are very proud of you.
