CPT Richard William Beebe is buried with his mother Frances B. (Bugsby) Beebe (1913-1983) and father Macel S. Beebe (1908-1996) in Fairdale Cemetery, Hannibal, Oswego County, New York. His wife, Fayetta (Osborne) Spangler (1939-2006) is buried in Cumberland Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum, Lily, Laurel County, Kentucky, and his son Richard W. O. Beebe (1957-2016) died in Albany, New York.
