20 June 2005 A good friend lost in the worst situation since we arrived in country!! He should have gotten a Silver Star!! I did get to talk to his sister many years later, as hard as it was to talk to her about how he died, it was like I had been released from a heavy burden!! He was a good Soldier, Brother and Son, and will be missed until we are all gone from this world!! Rest quietly, my friend - You deserve it for sure!! Allons..
